English leather and mahogany desk arm chair c1820. This is a period Georgian leather chair in solid mahogany. The leather is in excellent condition and so is the chair. This antique desk or side chair is quite comfortable and strong. There are some wear marks on the back side of the leg that prove its age. The over all measurements of this chair are 25 inches wide by 20 inches deep, 34 and one half to the top of the back and 27 inches to the top of the arms.

Antique silver and shagreen jewelry box c1918. This fine antique box was hand made from shagreen over wood with sterling silver birds, fish and oriental covered boat with man. This box is in excellent original condition and measures 3 inches wide by 2 inches deep and 1 and one quarter inches high.

Important gilt cast brass, coin silver, and cut glass platform ink well made by Jabez Gorham & Son of Providence, Rhode Island. Stamped J G & Son 109. Jabez Gorham was the founder of the Gorham Silver Company. This mark was used in 1841, when his son John joined the firm, until 1850. The inkwell features a silver full body stag atop the lid. The footed stand features gold plated scrollwork inset with 4 silver repousse panels depicting ducks, partridges, hares, and deer. Inkwell measures 6 and one half inches high by 3 and one half inches in diameter. Stand measures 12 inches square by 2 inches high. Mid Century Modern rosewood waste papger basket signed by the designer P.S Heggen Manufacturer P.S period: Norway 1960 1969. Excellent original condition. Measures 17 and one half inches high by 15 and one half inches wide and 9 inches deep. Very well made. The sides are mortised into the solid rosewood handles. This is must for the person that has everything.
