Victorian rosewood inlaid mother of pearl stamp box c1850. This little stamp box is inlay with mother of pearl in a leaf and flower design. measures 4 and one quarter inches long by 1 and thee eighths inches deep and 1 and three quarter inches high.

17th. century German iron box with painted portraits of Roman emperors

Very rare Renaissance iron box with original key and complicated locking mechanism. Painted on all sides, with portrait medallions of Roman emperors wearing laurel wreaths. Paint is remarkably well preserved. German, 17th century. Measures 10 and one half inches high by 17 inches wide and 7 and one half inches deep. Excellent condition.
